Dataplus Consulting, S.L. is contracted by VIEWVALUE, LLC to provide technical-legal consultancy services regarding personal data protection legislation (specifically, REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 27 April 2016, regarding the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data).
In this regard, the legal and technical team of Dataplus Consulting, S.L., in collaboration with the personnel of VIEWVALUE, LLC, continuously carries out the following tasks:

Analysis of data processing systems and processes of VIEWVALUE, LLC, with a special emphasis on existing personal data flows.

Update of the Record of Processing Activities (ROPA).

Update of the Data Protection Manual, which contains the procedures required by the regulations.

Drafting of comprehensive documentation covering various legal, technical, and organizational measures necessary for the correct compliance with current data protection legislation.

Drafting, implementation, and updating of legal notices to be communicated to data subjects, contracts with third parties, and the obligations of personnel with access to data.

Performance of periodic reviews of the data protection system.
