1. Service Owner Identification
This document governs access to, use of, and contracting of the Eph4 service, owned by:

2. Purpose
These Terms govern access to and use of the Eph4 platform, software offered under a Software as a Service (SaaS) model that enables enterprise clients to analyze, read, and summarize documents using artificial intelligence technologies, under an ephemeral processing model isolated by session.
3. User Scope and User Type
The Eph4 service is intended exclusively for enterprise clients (B2B).
Access to and use of the service implies that the user is acting on behalf of a company or organization and declares that they have sufficient legal capacity to bind said entity.
4. Service Access
4.1 Access Methods
Eph4 offers the following access methods:
- Free access through cryptographic key generation
- Workspace / Premium access, subject to commercial contact and contracting
In no case are traditional user accounts created, nor are email and password-based credentials used.
4.2 Authentication System
Access is exclusively through random cryptographic keys generated by the system, with a high level of entropy, not linked to personal data.
The user is solely responsible for the custody, confidentiality, and use of said keys.
5. Service Description and Technical Operation
Eph4 offers a document analysis system based on a hybrid Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) model, with the following characteristics:
- Ephemeral document processing
- Content encryption using AES-256 algorithms
- Session isolation
- Automatic or manual deletion of data at the end of the session
- No permanent content indexing
- No reuse of documents between sessions
- Backup copies of files and embeddings processed in the session, as well as shared notes. These copies are encrypted in (.eph4) format and accessible only on the platform.
The service is not designed or intended for permanent information storage.
6. Data, Documents, and User Responsibility
6.1 User-Provided Content
The user is solely responsible for the documents they choose to upload, analyze, or process through the service.
The user warrants that:
- They have a sufficient legal basis to process the data contained in the documents
- The documents do not infringe third-party rights or applicable regulations
- The use of the service complies with applicable data protection legislation
6.2 Third-Party Personal Data
Eph4 does not require or request personal data for its operation.
However, the user acknowledges that the documents they upload may contain personal data of third parties (employees, customers, suppliers), acting in such case as the data controller for said data.
VIEWVALUE, LLC assumes no responsibility for the content of documents uploaded by the user.
7. Data Processing and Artificial Intelligence
Documents and data processed through the service:
- Are used exclusively for the provision of the service
- Are not permanently stored
- Are not reused between sessions
- Are not used under any circumstances for training, retraining, validation, or improvement of artificial intelligence models
Processing through external AI providers is performed temporarily and in accordance with contracts that ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 Content Ownership
The user retains all intellectual and industrial property rights over:
- The documents they provide
- The results and outputs generated from said documents
VIEWVALUE, LLC does not acquire any rights over user content.
8.2 Platform Ownership
VIEWVALUE, LLC holds all intellectual and industrial property rights over the Eph4 platform, its code, architecture, design, interfaces, trademarks, and distinctive signs.
9. Prohibited Uses
It is expressly prohibited to use the service to:
- Process unlawful information or information without a legal basis
- Violate fundamental rights or the rights of third parties
- Introduce malware, malicious code, or carry out attacks
- Attempt to access sessions, keys, or data of other users
- Perform reverse engineering, decompilation, or extraction of the software
- Uses contrary to good faith or public order
10. Service Availability
VIEWVALUE, LLC will make reasonable efforts to maintain service availability, without this implying an obligation of uninterrupted availability.
The owner does not guarantee the absence of interruptions, errors, or technical incidents.
11. Limitation of Liability
The user acknowledges that results generated by artificial intelligence systems:
- Are automatic in nature
- May contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions
- Do not substitute professional, legal, financial, or technical advice
VIEWVALUE, LLC shall not be liable for:
- Decisions made by the user based on service results
- Indirect damages, lost profits, or loss of information
- Content provided by the user
12. Suspension and Cancellation
VIEWVALUE, LLC reserves the right to suspend or cancel access to the service when:
- Improper or unlawful use is detected
- System security is compromised
- Required by legal obligation
13. Economic Conditions and Contracting
The economic conditions, plans, duration, and renewal of Workspace or Premium access shall be governed by the specific commercial agreements reached with the client.
The contracted workspace shall have a maximum availability of 365 days from payment and may be renewed annually.
14. Personal Data Protection
The processing of personal data derived from the use of the service is governed by the provisions of the Privacy Policy.
15. Modifications
VIEWVALUE, LLC may modify these Terms at any time by publishing the updated version on the website.
16. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by current Spanish law. Any dispute arising from the access, use, or contracting of the service shall be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Madrid, unless applicable regulations provide otherwise.
